Starting her journey as an Educator at lululemon, she honed her skills in customer engagement and team leadership, later progressing to roles such as Assistant Manager and Keyleader, where her impact was increasingly felt.
Following her time at lululemon, Ashley transitioned to the business sector, working as a Business Development and Sales Manager at Oil States Energy Services (Canada) Inc. and later as a Regional Sales Manager at Resource Well Completion Technologies Inc. Each position reinforced her commitment to excellence in sales and team performance, ultimately leading her back to Shaw Communications.
At Shaw, Ashley initially contributed as a Supervisor for Sales Training and later advanced to the roles of Manager for Consumer and Business Sales Learning and then National Manager of Business Sales and Learning.
