Asmaa Guedira is a leadership and international development professional with a diverse background across four continents.

After a successful career as a business consultant at PwC, Asmaa transitioned to consultancy, facilitation, and learning design, focusing on gender, inclusion, collaboration, and social innovation.

She has worked in over 20 countries, managing international development programs and designing leadership journeys in various locations like Berlin, California, France, and Australia.

With a multicultural upbringing in Morocco, Asmaa thrives on bridging cultural divides and has been based in Australia since 2020.

Asmaa pursued her education in Management at emlyon business school, with prior studies in International Relations and Affairs at Koç University and intensive preparatory training in French Great Business School at Lycée Carnot Paris.

Throughout her career, she has held key positions at organizations like Women's Environmental Leadership Australia, Hyper-Gender, Homeward Bound Projects, Promundo-US, and Global Innovation Gathering, where she contributed in various capacities as a consultant, lead facilitator, program director, and coach.

Asmaa's expertise also includes roles at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, UNDP, The Womanity Foundation, POC21, Amanitas, and OuiShare, among others, covering areas such as human-centered design, collaborative economy, and gender diversity.

Her comprehensive experience spans from consulting at PwC to facilitating at Hivos, Esalen Institute, and MitOst e.V., showcasing a wide array of skills and knowledge in diverse settings.
