About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Engineering Hacker to join our venture studio and work hand-in-hand with exciting early-stage startups. You will be embedded in the teams, potentially even becoming a founding member, playing a crucial role in building their technology from the ground up. You will be the go-to person for rapid prototyping, utilizing your expertise in cutting-edge technical frameworks and the latest generative AI tools to create software solutions that quickly validate ideas and reach the market.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with early-stage startup teams, understanding their needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions. Play a key role in the development process, leveraging your expertise in rapid prototyping frameworks to bring concepts to life quickly and iterate based on user feedback. Utilize your proficiency in generative AI tools like large language models and code generation to supercharge your workflow and automate repetitive tasks. Work with data to train and utilize generative AI models for specific software development applications. Possess a strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and best practices. Be comfortable working across various technological stacks and adapting to new technologies quickly. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely. Possess a growth mindset, constantly seeking new ways to improve your skills and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Qualifications: Proven experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development methodology. In-depth knowledge of at least one popular rapid prototyping framework (e.g., React). Hands on with AI a PLUS. Experience working with data and utilizing it for machine learning applications (a plus). Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passionate about learning, adapting, and contributing to high-growth environments.
