Highlights
Exactly one year ago I was privileged to announce the acquisition of InfiniteMD by ConsumerMedical. I reflect on that year with gratitude – jointly enabling millions of lives access to our innovative navigation & medical decision support solutions. Today, I am thrilled to share that we at ConsumerMedical have entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Alight Solutions (NYSE: ALIT). This is a huge milestone that will further accelerate our effort in empowering consumers to make informative decisions on their health.
It has been a privilege to be a part of this journey at ConsumerMedical which was started by David Hines 25 years ago. Special thanks to our CEO Kevin Kickhaefer for your leadership throughout this process, my co-founder Christopher Lee for our incredible entrepreneurial journey, my colleagues Susan Lewis, Kyle Bray, Michael Ciano, David Thomson, Manny Menendez, Erik Simshauser, the TripleTree team and many many others who have contributed to this success.

MIT produces entrepreneurs and not just companies! Thank you Zach Winn from MIT Technology Review for covering our entrepreneurial journey. It was truly the school’s ecosystem that enabled my co-founders, Christopher Lee and Liz Kwo, MD, MBA, MPH, to meet and pursue our vision/dream.
Shout out at all my Sloan professors (Zen Chu, Bill Aulet, Pierre Azoulay, etc) and the various organizations (Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, MIT Hacking Medicine, etc) who supported/advised us along the way!
