In the first month since Open Books Hong Kong launched, our site https://lnkd.in/gaKBZVy6 has hosted 97,000 visitors from more than 100 countries and regions. The first 9 titles we made available (mostly in Chinese language) have been viewed and downloaded thousands of times. 🎉
We are so pleased to see the levels of interest so far. Alongside my colleagues Lily Ko, Head of Research & Learning Support and Dr Ella Fu, Head of Scholarly Communications, I shared some of our thoughts on how The Chinese University of Hong Kong Library is working in partnership with faculty, with our university press and with other universities to support Open Science. The article is featured in the latest The Chinese University of Hong Kong newsletter, CUHK in Focus.
