He is the CEO and Founder of MobyNet Corp., where he focuses on developing Web 3.0 user-centric edge cloud software for decentralized applications, enabling direct connections between users and devices on a decentralized scalable secure overlay Internet.

Additionally, Bill is a Co-Founder, US Manager, and Director of Global Energy Transmission, a company specializing in distance wireless high-power energy charging solutions for drones.

He also co-founded Timberline Ventures, an affiliate of the renowned Draper Fisher Jurvetson global venture capital network, known for backing successful companies like Baidu, Coinbase, Skype, and Tesla.

Bill's notable investments through Timberline Ventures include companies like Docutouch, Moving.com, Sabrix, Streamcast Networks, and Varolii.

With a solid educational background including an MBA from Harvard, an MS in Materials Science Engineering from Stanford, and a BA in Chemistry from Reed College, Bill has also accumulated eight patents.
