Bonnie Cheng is a dedicated professional with a research-driven focus on aiding social purpose and non-profit organizations in their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives. She also has a keen interest in mental health and holistic approaches to workplace wellness.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science (MS) in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a BCom Honours degree in Finance and Organizational Behaviour with a Minor in Economics from The University of British Columbia, as well as specialized studies in Behavioural Decision Making and Economics of Forex at City, University of London, and Game Theory and IP Law at Harvard University.

Bonnie has held various roles in reputable organizations, including serving as the Behavioural Science Research Officer at LSE, EDI Designer at Independent, and as a Teaching Assistant for courses related to Diversity & Inclusion and Crisis Management at UBC Sauder School of Business. She has also been involved in research projects focusing on Macro-OB, Diversity & Inclusion, and Econometrics at UBC Sauder School of Business.

Additionally, Bonnie has gained practical experience in different industries, having worked as a Global Growth & Orientation Analyst at Tesla, a ZeroWaste 2040 CityStudio Student Researcher at the City of Vancouver, a Corporate Orientation Program Analyst at Imperial Oil, and in various teaching and coordinating roles at UBC Sauder School of Business and AMS of UBC Vancouver.
