Highlights
I am absolutely thrilled and deeply honored to share that I have been recently named a leading voice in the social impact field, recognized officially by The Bloom for my work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 💫 On top of that, I have an exciting surprise for my community, below. (read on or jump to the last sentence 😜)
Here’s a little more about the amazing community I’m helping co-create:
🌱 The Bloom is one of the leading social impact career platforms in the world, connecting purpose-driven leaders with employers, coaches, mentors, collaborators, and much more.
📚They recently launched their Collaborative Library, which is a unique community-driven resource hub created by The Bloom team. This space mobilizes resources by sharing trustworthy connections, vulnerable career stories, databases, newsletters, podcasts etc., within various social impact niches. As a co-curator of the Collaborative Library and DEI Leader, I share my favorite resources for DEI careers.
I landed in the nonprofit and social impact sector by chance, but I will always be grateful for the opportunities this accidental path given me to contribute to amazing projects and learn so much. It took me a lot of research and self-learning to get started in this field and I definitely would have loved to be part of a resource centre and safe place like The Bloom. I am especially excited to focus some of my time here on supporting neurodivergent womxn as we often struggle with so many different things at the work place or during job hunt.
And now…for the SURPRISE! Leave me a note in the comment section about why you’d be excited to join me in The Bloom’s community. As a DEI Leader I get a few year-long memberships I can give out to my network and I will select this week a few of you who comment on this post. 🌱🌱🌱
