Introducing: Automations! 🎉 🎊

Automated Discussion emails are auto-generated and sent to guests based on specific triggers in the event lifecycle. These can be triggered at the lead, event, and booking levels. Automated discussions eliminate the manual effort of sending repeat emails, saving users time and streamlining their workflow.

How Can Automated Discussions Improve the User Experience?

✅ Increased Efficiency ➡ They streamline the organization and provide consistency with messaging.

✅ Timely Communication ➡ Ensures no guest is left without communication regarding their lead, event, or booking.

✅ Boosted Productivity ➡ Gives users time back in their day to manage their events more effectively

Use Case Examples:

📍 When a final guest count is due three days before the event, the event manager would like Tripleseat to automatically trigger a Discussion email sent to the guest looking to confirm a guaranteed guest count.

📍 After an event’s status changes to closed, the event manager would like an automated email sent one day after that trigger to send a thank-you email to the guest with an email template, including an event survey or a link to a lead form for future rebooking.

A few weeks ago, my colleague Taylor Duncan, MBA teased a new feature that was on the horizon: Dynamic Minimums. I am here to tell you that this update has been fully released within your Tripleseat site and is ready for action!

Dynamic Minimums allow users to set custom Minimum Spend amounts based on the following:

✅ Location ✅ Event style ✅ Room ✅ Time ✅ Day of the Week

These will automatically calculate and apply to event details, documents, and TripleseatDirect guest-facing forms, eliminating the need to manually calculate and input a minimum spend amount for every event.

This feature empowers venues with the capability to harness automated bookings through TripleseatDirect while ensuring the safeguarding of revenue. These customized Minimum Spends seamlessly apply to all aspects of the event, offering enhanced flexibility, automation, and simplification of workflows!

Please follow the video below to get this amazing new feature activated within your site!
