So, what are you doing tomorrow? Sourcing talent, nurturing talent for future openings and measuring everything are key inputs to recruiting success. To ensure our customers are seeing usage, adoption and ROI from their investment in Findem, we have built a practitioner led enablement team with expertise in these three core pillars, which are fundamental to our platform.

We call this team, the Value Consultants. I am thrilled to be hosting a fireside chat tomorrow with Maisha L. Cannon Matthew A. Beck and Trudy Curto to introduce this team, and their focus, to the industry. Practitioner led Value Consultants, helping users "peer to peer" become confident and competent with Findem products, while building trust through deep customer empathy.

One thing I promised myself when making this move was that I would look to solve customer problems differently than I had experienced from vendors working with me and my teams as a practitioner. While I didn't hone my career in Customer Success or Professional Services, I did know what our team wanted and needed from vendors to help us be successful when we implemented new technology. I know how I wanted my team to feel when we made a new investment; confident and competent, trusting of the vendor by the vendor's ability to demonstrate empathy having walked in the shoes of recruiters, sourcers and marketers using the products they were delivering.

Overseeing these teams now at Findem, the opportunity to do it differently is taking shape. Come meet the team tomorrow by registering below!

Inbound app volume becoming a challenge? The good news? Your ATS is growing, enabling you to cultivate talent for future openings. The bad news? Everyone suffers, including candidates. I remember having to go through inbound apps one at a time, which was frustrating. I also couldn't enter search criteria into the ATS and confidently find the right candidates to match my current openings.

Enter Findem Inbound App Management & ATS Rediscovery. I wish I had this when I was carrying reqs, and that my teams had it to maximize hires from these channels. As a leader, I was never comfortable spending money on paid ads to drive inbound traffic, knowing the team was unable to then take advantage of a growing ATS to rediscover past applicants for current openings. Another "why I joined Findem" reason; focused on solving big problems for customers.

AI technology has made it this easy Step 1 - integrate with your ATS Step 2 - recruiters / sourcers run your search in Findem Step 3 - apply search criteria to an open req to quickly identify top matches OR Step 4 - apply search criteria to candidates in your ATS for current openings Step 5 - watch hires from Inbound and ATS channels increase, while maximizing ad investments and quickly getting back to candidates who have applied

Hours and hours saved. Frustration level low. Reach out if you want to see and learn more to help solve this for your team!
