That’s why I am truly proud of the internship program we’ve built at Armanino: one focused on preparing our interns for whatever comes next in their career, while balancing the technical and soft skills necessary to thrive in today’s fast-paced work environment.
But, at the end of the day it’s not just the skills that matter, it’s also the relationships they form. Young professionals want to work with team members and leaders who were once in their shoes.
That’s why we also emphasize the importance of connectivity throughout our program.
