In 2019, she founded New Female Leaders, initially a research project that has since evolved into a Social Enterprise, dedicated to exploring the concept of female leadership through podcasts, expert interviews, and extensive research.

She co-authored the book 'New Female Leader,' offering a guide for women looking to shape their unique leadership styles.

With a background in finance and marketing, Caroline blends creativity and vision with data-driven decision-making.

Beyond her work with New Female Leaders, she provides coaching to female founders aiming to grow their businesses.

Caroline's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish FITSHE in 2014, a brand catering to active women, which was later acquired by Friesland Campina in 2020.

She makes time for personal development through practices like meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness, enriching her holistic approach to leadership.

Caroline's educational journey includes studies in Dutch, German, French, English, History, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Financial Management, Hospitality Management, Law, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Strategic Intervention Coaching.

Her professional experience spans roles such as Founder of New Female Leaders, PHD Candidate at KU Leuven, Business Coach, Founder of FITSHE, Senior Consultant at Flare, and Brand Manager at renowned companies like Unilever and Bacardi.
