I’m thrilled (and a little emotional) to share that I’m starting a new position as Accelerator Director at Rise. With this position, I'll be supporting Rise Justice Labs - our flagship civil rights accelerator. Our mission is to help everyday people pen their own rights into existence.

Thank you so much Amanda Nguyen for your leadership and for trusting me with this program. Thank you Cameron Marsh for your guidance and wisdom.

Thank you Caitlin Cadet (Ryan) who showed me the ropes :') and has been the best mentor through the last few years.

Huge shout out to the whole Rise team who I could not do this without Flannery Houston, Ismary Guardarrama, Hanna Johnson & Nathan Duong 🧡

Rise Justice Labs is my favorite thing in this whole world ... and we have an exciting announcement about it TOMORROW so please, stay tuned especially if YOU want to make tangible change where ever you are. 💖

Hello! We need your help to create safe spaces for AAPI women.

A study by NAPAWF states that in 2022, 74% of AAPI women report personally experiencing racism and/or discrimination and 38% report experiencing sexual harassment.

AAPI women should never have to bear the weight of both race and gender in the face of sexual violence.

Safety knows no boundaries of identity; it's a right for all.

Rise Up Inc is working to dismantle these injustices and create a world where every survivor finds refuge and respect through our new initiative: Survivor Safe Haven in Chinatown.

If you are a business or establishment in any Chinatown or AAPI community in the U.S. and you want to get involved, message me, visit risenow.us/ssh or email [email protected]. By 2028, Rise aims to establish one Survivor Safe Haven in all 50+ Chinatowns in the U.S.

Be a part of this movement ending sexual violence today.
