Have you ever thought about fragrances as a part of accessibility?
Offering a fragrance-free environment is a key part of making workplaces inclusive and accessible for all.
Many people, including those with asthma, migraines, and multiple chemical sensitivities, can experience severe reactions to fragrances in perfumes, cleaning products, air fresheners, and other products.
These reactions can range from headaches and respiratory issues to neurological symptoms and can cause missed days of work.
For certain disabilities, such as sensory processing disorders, the overwhelming smell of fragrances can make it impossible to focus, be productive, or even stay in the workplace.
Creating fragrance-free workplaces ensures that all employees, disabled or not, can work comfortably and safely.
It’s a simple way to make a more inclusive workplace.

P.S. This is also very important for events and conferences.
