Our son, Luca Wilson, was born a healthy baby, March 27th, in the midnight hour. Unbeknownst to him, he was also born during a global crisis - a time that has and will reshape humanity forever. With humanity in mind - we want to give our child a life full of love, hope, peace - something that we all strive to give one another. We didn't necessarily get to plan for a crisis - but we did get to shape the experience around it.
We are so thankful to have this beautiful child in our lives. This experience has given us a new perspective as young adults and now, parents - how precious life is and how when you focus your intentions on making the best out of whatever circumstances life hands you - you can do amazing things with what you have. Yes - we don't sleep as much or have much personal time as we used to - but we have grown into what it means to be responsible and understanding for someone who isn't quite able to do for themselves what we would do for ourselves. If you have ever questioned what joy a child can bring into your life - I invite you to have the opportunity.
It has been a joy becoming parents and we hope to keep you part of this journey - wherever life may bring us.
