I’m thrilled to share that ServiceTitan, the leading software platform built to power both #Commercial and #Residential services businesses, has acquired Convex.

Our mission at Convex has always been to provide our customers with the technology to win their markets. ServiceTitan's cofounders Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan are fundamentally aligned with the mission and vision the Blake Meulmester and I set out to achieve in 2017. Together, our collective teams are excited to invest in making the Convex platform even better, creating greater value and ROI for commercial service businesses everywhere. Blake and I look forward to joining ServiceTitan to work with Ara, Vahe, Connor Theilmann, Alex Kablanian, Vincent Payen, Keith Favreau, Ross Biestman, Anmol Bhasin, Sudha Verma, and the broader group of Titans.

To Convex's customers -- we're fully committed not only to maintaining but enhancing the Convex platform and all existing integrations. Expect even more investment in our product and new offerings. I can't wait to share the feedback from our Customer Advisory Board meeting next week in Vegas as we build the commercial market's first truly end-to-end platform. Watch this space!

We hosted Convex's Customer Advisory Board meeting in Nashville this week. It's the customer event that I look forward to every six months -- a chance to validate our current product roadmap and explore what else we could build beyond the GTM space for commercial services. Three takeaways:

Platform: Our customers think of us as the 'system of intelligence' for their businesses. Convex has evolved in the last few years to a broader platform that has multiple use cases, value propositions, and SKUs. (h/t to Jerry Chen for that blog post that inspired our initial product thinking in YC in '19).

People: To succeed in vertical SaaS, you need incredible service and support delivery that scales. Our customer facing operations under Jess Waldeck, Roger Muckenfuss, Jr., Daniel Mandelbrot continue to deliver a high quality experience every day. We're in the service business, too.

Partnership: We're living up to our mission to "to be the most important partner to digital-first commercial services businesses." Our customers think of us as an extension of their business vs. a pure technology vendor. The net result: clear ROI and a desire for us to build new solutions to new problems emerging in their companies. As an entrepreneur building an industry cloud company, you can't hope for more than that.

Thank you to Brian Ruffner, Joel Maltos, Emilie Gorzoch, Tyler Smith, Bo Mobley, Shawn Williams, Jeff Scalise, Steven L., Istiaque Baig, Michele Presley, Anuj Totapudi, Moaad Aljahmani, Dan Steever, Joseph Garzone, Andrew Poland, Olivia Woodbine, Tim Francine 🔥, Matt K., Neeraj Gupta, Kristi Kier, Anthony S. Billups Jr. LEED AP

Grateful to serve Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Comfort Systems USA, Trane Technologies, Koorsen Fire and Security, The Garland Company, Inc., Orion Group, VDA Elevator and Escalator Consulting, Summit Fire & Security, Haynes Mechanical Systems, JanPro, SERVPRO, and Securitas Electronic Security, Inc,

Last but not least, h/t to the incredible product trio of Michael Chou, Blake Meulmester, and Roger Wong for running the sessions and "making something people want" -- again and again. Can't wait for the Fall Release.
