Louder for the agency leaders at the back...
Support parents (and caregivers) with flexibility and openness, and you will reap the rewards of efficient, valuable talent that brings your clients a whole host of life experiences that'll improve the work.
Our SEA Monk leader Munas van Boonstra (and some of the other leaders) in this piece from MARKETING-INTERACTIVE make a significant point about leave (in general, not just to have kids)—it can be very beneficial to the business, with people coming back with new perspectives, fresh ideas, and a different energy.

I could go on about this topic all day, but I'll say that Monks has been a very supportive place to become a parent, and that should be something everyone experiences, but I know it's not.
Out of office - on!
What a week! Singapore hosted the S4 Board this week, and there were many meetings, events, and interviews.
It was a real treat to be among the industry legends on our board. We also had some incredible events with partners like Google and media connections like CNBC.
Always amazing to see the Monks come together during these crazy weeks. What a dream team.
But it's time for some quality family time now....
