I am very pleased to share that I have completed the #beyondstickynotes certification course on Co-designing with Care with KA McKercher.
This was an incredible experience where our cohort reflected on our scope of practice, learned about the different roles in co-design and how to work in safer, impactful, and more connected ways, and examined what being accountable means, especially when there is need for repair. It was so great to learn with and from KA and the other folks all across different disciplines - each sharing their own insights and experiences.
