Currently, Chloe is actively involved in investment activities at GIC, a prominent sovereign wealth fund based in Singapore with a substantial asset portfolio exceeding US$100 billion, and a strong global presence through 10 offices worldwide.

Chloe plays an integral role in GIC's Tech Investment Group, contributing to investments in high-growth tech companies and serving as a limited partner in tech-centric venture funds, with a strategic focus on nurturing and supporting innovative technology enterprises throughout their lifecycle.

In addition to her responsibilities at GIC, Chloe is also the co-founder of the Phoenix Fund, a venture capital entity dedicated to collaborating with exceptional teams associated with the Harvard ecosystem, providing support and guidance for their growth.

At the Phoenix Fund, Chloe and her team partner with world-class VCs, offering strategic investments and actively working to enhance the value proposition for their portfolio companies.

Chloe's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Wellesley College, complemented by studies at prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Incline High School, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.

Over the course of her career, Chloe Giampapa has been associated with renowned organizations such as Lagrange Labs, nate, Built Technologies, Rewire, Renegade Partners, Pear VC, Glossier, Inc., IVP, and Goldman Sachs, fulfilling various roles that have honed her skills and expertise in the realms of investment, business development, and strategic analysis.

Chloe's professional journey also includes experiences as an Investment Banking Analyst in the TMT sector at Goldman Sachs, a Research Assistant in the Economics Department at Wellesley College, and roles at Glossier, Inc. and IVP, illustrating her diversified skill set and broad industry exposure.
