🚀 Exciting Times Ahead for Powerhive! 🚀
Today, I had the privilege of joining an impactful engagement session with the KEPSA Energy and Petroleum Sector Board and the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) at their offices in Westlands. The event, led by KEPSA Director Eng. James Mwangi and NSE CEO Mr. Frank Mwiti, was a fantastic opportunity to explore the future of our industry and the potential for growth through capital markets.
At Powerhive, we are on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector, and today, we took a significant step forward by showcasing our innovative battery swapping platform. Our technology, already available at leading Shell and Rubis stations, offers a game-changing alternative to gasoline-powered motorcycles, delivering both sustainability and profitability.
Key Highlights:
- Partnership with Oil & Gas Leaders: We demonstrated how partnering with Powerhive can be more profitable for oil and gas companies than selling gasoline. By transitioning to electric motorcycles powered by our efficient battery swapping system, these companies can do well and do good.

I'm excited to share that Powerhive is going public on the Toronto Stock Exchange and cross-listing on the Nairobi Stock Exchange!
Our journey began as Kenya's first privately licensed utility, providing clean energy to thousands. We've since evolved into an electric mobility platform with a battery swapping solution for electric motorcycles, partnering with Shell, Rubis, and others.
This move enhances transparency, boosts global investor confidence, and allows local investors in Kenya to join our growth story. It's rare to find a business model that offers massive savings, attractive investor returns, and significant CO2 reductions with such a massive market potential.
Together, we're driving innovation and sustainability in Africa's electric motorcycle industry!
