💡 Introducing "Offsites" by Codi - OR - How to turn your unused office space into passive income 🏢 💸
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Fast-growing companies should NEVER commit to long-term leases.
Why? Because 100% of the time, you’ll need more or less space long before that 3 to 5-year lease is up. It’s not just theory—one of our clients faced this exact issue after only 6 months!
If you're reading this and stuck in a lease for a space that's already too small or too big for your team, you're probably thinking, "Great, but how does this help me?" Well, we didn’t just identify the problem—we created a solution.
🚀 I’m excited to share that companies with extra office space can now list it on Codi and earn passive income through our Offsites product. 🚀
Whether your team is scaling, going hybrid, or simply has space to spare, Codi can turn that idle office into a revenue stream. Imagine your unused space hosting offsites, meetings, or events for other teams—while you sit back and earn. You don't have to lift a finger - we take care of all the logistics.
How much could you make? Our very first customer of this product - a Series B startup - recovered $55,000 with Codi in just 6 months. That could be you.
Why let your space sit empty when it can work for you? Follow the link in the comments to list your space on Codi and start marking $$$.

This may be a little embarrassing to admit, but I’m gonna share it anyway.
Honestly, I think it’s an important story for me to tell.
As you know, Codi recently launched in LA. We’ve been going strong in our OG city, San Francisco since 2018. And we’ve got a strong presence on the East Coast with our NYC locations.
We don’t, however, have legs in Montreal, where our Marketing team is based.
No big deal. We’ll get there! In the meantime, our marketing team of 2 likes to head over to their local coworking space a few days a week to get out of the house and collaborate in person.
They have a nice little setup over there, complete with the Codi sign on the door.
And just a few feet away…
So does Industrious. 🤯
The irony of two of the top workspace providers hitched side-by-side in a third-party coworking space does not escape me. 😂
And it shines a light on why the need for private offices is on the rise.
Whether your company is developing groundbreaking AI for healthcare, law, or any sensitive field, (...or, ya know, trying to lead the modern workplace revolution) the last thing you want is your competitor working right beside you.
Of course, sometimes it’s simply unavoidable. We certainly get that.
Or maybe, just maybe, it means that it’s time to find a workplace to call home — where you can talk about confidential info in confidence!
Fellow founders - make me feel better. Have you ever run into this conundrum? 😅
