Highlights
Thrilled to share today that ConsumerMedical has entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by Alight Solutions.
When InfiniteMD was acquired 1 year ago (fun fact, the InfiniteMD acquisition was announced exactly 1 year ago), Babak Movassaghi and I were proud to join the ConsumerMedical family to bring our expert opinion technology and services to 5 million lives. Today, exactly 1 year later, we are able to bring InfiniteMD, along with the suite of additional technologies and services in navigation, medical decision support, expert opinion, and advocacy at ConsumerMedical, to join Alight and help over 30 million lives around the world. It has been a privilege to be a part of this journey at ConsumerMedical which was started by David Hines 25 years ago.
Gratitude to the executive teams at both ConsumerMedical and Alight. Special thanks to Kevin Kickhaefer for your leadership throughout this process. Great teamwork Susan Lewis, Kyle Bray, Michael Ciano, David Thomson, Manny Menendez, Erik Simshauser and many others who have contributed to this success.

Very grateful for MIT Sloan School of Management. Babak Movassaghi and I were honored to speak with fellow alum Christopher Reichert on the “Sloanies Talking with Sloanies” podcast series. We were able to share how our experience at MIT led to the inception of our digital health start-up, InfiniteMD. To hear more about the journey from our early stages of development to where we are now, check it out! #MIT #sloanies #telehealth #digitalhealth #bostonstartup #acqusition #virtualcare
