Claire Phillips is a dedicated professional working alongside her team to propel climate adaptation and resilience initiatives for a broad spectrum of clients within the public and private sectors in the US and internationally.

She attended Bowdoin College, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Environmental Studies. Her academic journey also led her to the University of Amsterdam for studies in European Politics, Public Health, and Environmentally Sustainable Development, showing her commitment to a multidisciplinary approach.

Throughout her career, Claire has held significant roles, including her current position as a Climate Resilience Analyst at ICF. Her previous experiences as a Climate Resilience Researcher at ICF, Research Associate at Congressional Research Service, Evaluation, Research and Behavior Team Intern at CEE, and various roles at Bowdoin College and Veryst Engineering, LLC, have contributed to her comprehensive expertise in the field.
