Dina Markind is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, specializing in coaching healthcare professionals aiming to enhance their impact at work and in personal life.

With over 25 years of experience as a nurse, Dina understands firsthand the challenges of burnout within the healthcare industry, coupled with insights as a physician's spouse. Her Heart of Well Being coaching focuses on stress reduction, collaboration, and leveraging individual strengths for optimal living.

Dina Markind holds a Master of Science in Nursing, with a background as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, complemented by certifications in Positive Psychology and as an authorized Oasis facilitator.

Besides coaching, Dina offers public speaking engagements covering stress reduction strategies, well-being practices, and tools for increasing satisfaction and joy in life. She integrates positive psychology principles into her coaching philosophy and shares insights through her blog, enriching the lives of her clients.

Dina's educational background includes studies in Positive Psychology, Human Development, and Nursing from reputable institutions like CiPP, Cornell University, and Pace University, respectively.
