Crystal Lewis is a dedicated legal researcher and Community Benefit Coordinator with a background in nonprofit organizations, event planning, fundraising, customer service, and leadership in the hospital & health care sector. She is currently advancing her education with a focus on Health Law and Health Management and Policy, pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD with a concentration in Health Law and a Master of Public Health - MPH specializing in Health Management and Policy at Saint Louis University. Crystal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Studio Art from Webster University.

Professionally, Crystal has been involved in various roles and organizations. She serves as a Public Health Law & Policy Analyst and an Adjunct Law Professor at Saint Louis University. Previously, she held positions such as Health Equity and Policy Fellow at the Institute for Healing Justice and Equity, Graduate Research Assistant at Saint Louis University School of Law, and Legal Intern at ChangeLab Solutions. Crystal has showcased her versatility by working in different capacities, from being a Shift Lead at Instacart to a former Uber Driver and various roles including Law Clerk, Barista, Coordinator, Cashier, Teacher, and Manager in different establishments like MacArthur Justice Center, Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, Mercy Health, AmeriCorps VISTA, and more.
