Cyndi is actively involved in various boards and committees, including the Spokane Journal of Business Women in Leadership committee, the DisruptHR Spokane 2024 Board, and the Girl Scouts of Eastern WA & N Idaho Board Development Committee. She also served as a Fairchild Air Force Base Honorary Commander, supporting regional service personnel and their families.

Cyndi's educational background includes studying Communications, Communication/Media Studies/Marketing at UC Santa Barbara. She is a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Spokane program and was recognized as one of the Top 20 Women in Business Leadership by Spokane Coeur d'Alene Living magazine in 2019.
