Damien Hoffman is a prominent figure known for his roles as the former founder/CEO of Endgame360, a notable online media company in the U.S. recognized in the Inc. 5000 list and as one of Inc.'s 2020 Best Work Places. He currently holds a position on the Board of Directors.

In the finance sector, Mr. Hoffman gained experience at the boutique investment bank Inner Circle Sports, where he played a key role in the sales transaction of the New Jersey Nets to Forest City Ratner Companies. His responsibilities included drafting investment summaries, valuing assets, and generating new investment ideas.

With a background in law, Mr. Hoffman is a member of the California State Bar and has clerked for respected legal figures such as Justice Kenneth Bell. His involvement at the Florida Supreme Court and delivering a guest lecture at Harvard Law School showcase his legal expertise.

Mr. Hoffman is a distinguished alumnus, having graduated with honors from Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy and Religious Studies, and from the University of Miami School of Law with a J.D. focused on Business Law. His academic achievements include being a Dean's Merit Scholar.

Driven by a spirit of giving, Mr. Hoffman, along with his brother, established The Green Side Up Foundation to aid young individuals battling cancer and their families. He is actively involved in mentoring at Duke's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, judging the Duke Startup Challenge, and was the President of the Duke Alumni Club of Asheville, NC.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hoffman has had varied experiences including founding and leading multiple companies like The Cheat Sheet, Stone Crow Records, and Tribalectic. His diverse skill set and contributions to finance, law, education, and philanthropy underscore his multifaceted background.
