His expertise includes developing and nurturing extensive partner networks and communities of practice to bolster local governments in constructing more resilient cities.

Dan Lewis is eager to channel his wealth of experience into new ventures, particularly focusing on assisting Arctic region local governments, supporting initiatives like the Urban Resilience Institute's research agendas, and devising strategies for land acquisition and development to aid communities impacted by climate change-induced displacement.

He completed his education in Civil and Structural Engineering at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and has held key roles in organizations like UN-Habitat, Westcoast International, and as a Senior Consultant.
