Dana Chermesh-Reshef is an architect hailing from Tel-Aviv, Israel, with a fervent dedication to leveraging technology and innovation for the advancement of smarter, more resilient cities.

Having completed a Master's degree in Applied Urban Science & Informatics from NYU's Center for Urban Science + Progress, Dana specializes in infill development, housing policies, and urban data science with a focus on developing dynamic, data-driven tools for urban planning.

With extensive experience in Tel-Aviv's rapid urban development landscape, Dana is driven by a passion to unlock vast urban datasets related to urban densities, housing market behaviors, urban resilience, and spatial justice, aiming to empower planners, policymakers, and the public to tackle contemporary urban challenges effectively.

In 2020, Dana founded inCitu, an augmented reality (AR) city planning platform aimed at making development information more accessible and engaging through AR experiences on smartphones, thus democratizing planning data and promoting collaboration in urban change processes.

inCitu was incubated within Eric Schmidt's Venture Facility for Public Benefit EIR program and was recognized as one of the top 6 social impact entrepreneurs in the country, underscoring Dana's commitment to driving positive social change through innovative urban solutions.
