Dear professional network of activists, feelers and dear human beings: PADS or OLIVE TREES - you choose! Even though this is a much broader struggle, below are two concrete actions you can take / share to help Pales!in!an people:

  1. Periods Won't Stop During War & Genoc!de

In a few days, Heart to Heart International will be sending more than 1.7 million menstrual pads to G@za via their contacts at the World Health Organization, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Anera. The absence of menstrual materials is not just a matter of total discomfort, but poses serious health risks and psychological stress for women + girls already grappling with the harsh realities of war, displacement and starvation. #menstruationmatters ❤️ Support this critical project: https://lnkd.in/esxqkaga ❤️

  1. Restore & Spread the Olive Love in Sawiaya

My Isra/eli friend Yael is collecting money to replace the olive trees destroyed by extremists in Isra/el, with and for her Palest!n!an friend, Arafat Abu Ras and the surrounding community. Arafat a human rights activist, photographer, father and farmer from Sawiaya, a small village in the West B@nk. So far with the funds they raised, they already bought 12 big trees, and supported 11 families with food for the next two weeks. #plantlife ❤️ Help Yael + Arafat fill the gap: https://lnkd.in/dQ2vbPkg ❤️
