A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audio Secretary/Administrator for a busy firm of Chartered Building Surveyors based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The candidate will be expected to have outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), organised, with a positive attitude to work and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Olympus Transcript (or similar). They shall provide both secretarial and administrative duties including, filing, answering telephone, telephone enquiries, diary management etc. The successful candidate will form part of a friendly and highly experienced secretarial team and report directly to the Office Manager. Working at a fast pace, under pressure with accurate keyboard skills and a typing speed of at least 70 wpm. Knowledge of building industry and terminology preferable.
Office based part time, 3 days per week with working hours of 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
