Career update!   Hi all. I mentioned a few months ago after making the incredibly hard decision to leave my role as CMO at Lattice that I was planning to do two things: 1) advise more SaaS companies on all things B2B marketing and 2) pursue a completely new path to be announced later.

It's time to move beyond stealth mode and explain.

I'm incredibly excited to announce that my team and I recently formed a new executive search firm, ElevenX Talent with a singular mission - to help early and growth-stage SaaS companies find exceptional marketing leaders who accelerate growth.

Placing talented people into great roles has always been the most important, rewarding, and enjoyable part of my working life - both as a marketing operator for the last 20 years and in the 10 years prior as the co-founder of a successful search firm in the 90s.

After working on our first group of searches these past couple of months, I’m more excited than ever to make this my primary focus again. It has been incredible working with our awesome clients and hundreds of amazing marketing professionals.

Changing paths is always a bit scary. Will this work? Will people give us a shot? Is the timing right? But the challenges are so much easier to manage with the incredible help we’ve received each step of the way.

I want to extend a huge “Thank You!” to everyone who supported us in these early days, from other world-class Talent professionals and VCs who have generously offered amazing advice and connections, to the founders and hiring managers who gave us our first search projects, to the incredible marketing professionals who engage with us every day. Far too many people to name, but you all know who you are!

Thank you for all your support. And I hope to work with many more of you in the months and years to come.
