Deborah Willig has been the managing partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson since its establishment in 1979, specializing in labor relations and employment law since 1976.

With extensive experience in representing various labor unions, including AFSCME, Deborah has been a key figure in major contract negotiations for City of Philadelphia and School District employees.

Her practice involves contract negotiations, interest and grievance arbitrations, and advising on internal union governance and staff matters for both public and private sector unions.

Deborah also focuses on representing employee benefit funds, particularly in negotiating health care benefits and securing victories in arbitrations, like mandating domestic partner benefits.
