Diana Joseph is a seasoned professional in the realms of education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With a background in Learning Sciences and a wealth of experience in high-tech innovation, Diana merges elements from motivation psychology, education, and Silicon Valley practices in her consultancy to foster entrepreneurial skills in individuals and organizations.

As the former Director of Innovation Enablement at Citrix and Consulting Director of Customer Education at Accuray, Diana's expertise lies in bridging compliance-based and initiative-based work, enabling a culture of innovation. She has worked with various renowned clients such as Applied Materials, Illumina Accelerator, Kauffman Fellowship, and World Innovation Lab, to name a few.

Diana Joseph is also known for her role as the Founder of Diana Joseph Consulting, where she serves as a startup coach and mentor, particularly for mission-driven projects. Her interests span across learning methodologies, design thinking, lean startup principles, creative confidence building, and fostering organizational innovation culture.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Diana is the driving force behind the Corporate Accelerator Forum (CAF), an initiative that equips corporates with the necessary tools, practices, and connections for open innovation. Beyond her consultancy and leadership roles, Diana engages in various community activities, notably as the former Board Chair at PLAYFUL PEOPLE PRODUCTIONS.

Diana Joseph holds a PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, along with a solid educational foundation in Human Biology from Stanford University. Her academic journey has been complemented by practical experiences ranging from being an Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University to serving as a Research Associate at the University of Chicago.
