Diana van Maasdijk holds a BA in Liberal Arts- World Politics from Hamilton College and an MA in International Development from American University, reflecting her strong educational background in relevant fields.

Throughout her career, Diana has been involved in various organizations, including serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director at Equileap, indicating her dedicated commitment to fostering gender equality and diversity in the corporate world.
