Dimitar Anguelov is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background and experience in various organizations.

He holds a Certificate of European Studies in European Union Policies and Institutions from Institut d'Etudes Européennes, ULB, Bruxelles, showcasing his expertise in European affairs.
