As we start a new year, it is always a time to reflect on how we can continue to support and improve our industry. At Rich Products Ventures, we believe we all have a role to play in fostering diversity in the food industry and driving a more inclusive future. One of the steps we are taking to enhance the diversity in our pipeline is to partner up with Bluestein Ventures (Ashley Hartman) who recently launched a pilot program for (virtual) office hours every month targeted to underrepresented founders in the food industry.
