She is the Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Co-Founder of The Boston Congress of Public Health (BCPH), which she established in August 2021.12 Dr. Carpenter is also the President of Infinity Ivy Consulting and serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Strategy and Innovation for The HPHR Journal.15

Achievements
Under Dr. Carpenter's leadership, the HPHR Journal (soon to become BCPH Review) has expanded significantly:
- Attracted over 300 authors from all 50 states and more than 23 countries
- Produced 45 public health special editions and over 300 academic manuscript publications in just three years
- Created and implemented the BCPHR Expedite Campaign and Editorial Expedite Team5
