I'm very excited and honored to finally share what I've been working on these last few months: Papaya
It has become glaringly clear that the plant-based diet is better for our health, the health of the planet, and the health of animals. Millions around the globe are cutting down on their meat, fish, and dairy consumption and transitioning to plant-based.
I started Papaya, along with my co-founder Jeffrey Yoskowitz, with the goal of helping millions more transition to a plant-rich diet.
With such growing consumer awareness and demand, with the increasing willingness of the world's greatest chefs to develop more plant-based dishes, and with the amount of unprecedented innovation in meat & dairy alternatives, going plant-based should no longer mean going without.
