Yesterday, I had the honor of joining the team at Texas Children's Hospital for their 20th anniversary celebration of Catalyst Leadership.
We shared many stories, including -the importance of harnessing the energy of your mission and -how transformational leaders are the number one driver of organizational outcomes.
We also shared a career-defining gift: BetterUp for all 1,200 people leaders at Texas Children’s!
