He is renowned for his global speaking engagements discussing Agile, with appearances in various cities worldwide, including London, San Francisco, Boston, and Australia. His journey with Agile began in 2002, shortly after the manifesto publication, where he quickly grasped the concept's significance and started implementing agile methodologies. Over the years, Edwin has made significant contributions to Agile adoption in New Zealand, such as bringing Scrum co-creator Jeff Sutherland to the country, becoming one of the early trainers at Scrum.org, and founding Agile-related communities and conferences to spread agility awareness.
