- Freelance Special Needs Educator (Self-employed): Since September 2021, Elaine has been working with children aged 7-18, focusing on growth and correction of behaviors through early detection and nurturement. She stays updated with the cause through EBLITY online workshops/webinars.1
- Exhibition Docent (Objectifs Ptd Ltd): From October to December 2018, Elaine handled the visual exhibition "Personally Speaking - The art of caregiving" at Jurong Regional Library, which focused on the elderly, special needs individuals, and the mentally ill.1
