Highlights
✨ Today marks two weeks since I returned from the British capital after our annual Leap in London event. Two weeks later, I still haven't shaken that feeling of excitement.
I am 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 to have been part of the interactive, expert-led sessions we had in the morning. A special shoutout to Liam Bowes for joining me in our 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱.
The main event, with its stellar speakers, reinforced why I am so proud to be part of Quantum Metric: 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝, 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦: 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘴' 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘮.
💚 Precisely for this reason, we had a day off last Friday to focus on our well-being. Thanks to this day off, I was able to do a bit of reading and - FINALLY - finish the series that had been occupying my dreams for the last few weeks: #Lost. What an AMAZING series! -𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐'𝘮 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘥, 𝘩𝘢𝘩𝘢-.
When I finished the last episode, I understood why it received so much criticism at the time, but I also realized why I had liked it so much: in the end, the mysteries and plot twists didn't matter. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞: 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘥. It seemed to me that the producers of the series were completely in tune with Quantum's values: 𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. Trying to understand their motivations, why they behave the way they do, what they want, and what they need. As our motto says: 𝑾𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔.
For this, I wanted to thank all the people with whom I was able to share this great event, because again, ultimately, it's all about people:
Thanks to my partners in crime in the expert-led sessions: Shonagh Brabham, Chari Holla, and my manager Maya Hasson Cohen. Thanks to all my old clients I was able to meet again: Toby Crewes, Pablo Altamirano Kuehnel, Rebeca Latorre Romero, Jaume Comas Palmer and Gabriel Polo Llaneras, Pablo Alonso Regidor, Daniel García - Cervigón, Irene Cruz Expósito. Thanks to the clients I was able to greet: Connor Taylor and the whole KE team. Thanks to the wonderful Katherine Underwood for making this event possible. And thank you to the rest of Quantum: Mario Ciabarra, Louisa Pinder for accompanying me along the way, Alex Blackburn, Mackenzie Dixon, Tamoa Soares Salas, Rocío Martínez Martínez, Carlos Planter, Mike Parfitt, Juan Marchena, Carmen Castellano, Jay Trivedi and everyone else!

September has always been one of my favourite months🍂. It has the fresh smell of a good start: after summer everyone feels more relaxed and enthusiastic about what’s about to come. I always like to review the achievements of the previous quarters and reassess priorities.
This September, I am particularly proud about one of my esteemed clients, Korean Air. During our visit to their office in late May, we had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about their priorities and upcoming projects. What made this visit truly remarkable was the fact that they had recently proposed empowering all digital departments with the usage of analytics. This was a key milestone leading the company into a data-driven approach that will certainly enhance their decision making process.
With Quantum Metric, we have already been able to undercover some interesting insights identifying potential blockers and optimization opportunities along their digital funnel. Actively listening to user needs through experience analytics is always the best way for achieving digital properties optimisation.
Here are some pictures of our trip to wonderful Seoul where we had an amazing time with the team.
