This week I’ve been celebrating the new financial year as a freelancer for the first time. I chose to mark the occasion by eating chocolate mud cake and obsessively colour coding my calendars.

Over the past few months I’ve been lucky to meet some very cool researchers, experts and founders to work on writing projects that show off their expertise.

I still have space for a couple of new copywriting clients for late July and August.

If you need words that keep your customers, stakeholders or communities in the loop, get in touch. I’m currently focusing on web and email copy, profiles and case studies.

Hello! Earlier this year I finished up as a reporter at The Age and Sydney Morning Herald after six great years working with wonderful colleagues and am now heading into freelance life.

I’ve been taking a break over the past couple of months after a close to a decade working in daily news, and am now available for writing and content work.

I’ll be focusing on my favourite topics, including business, healthcare and consumer culture.
