🚨JOB ALERT – FRONT END DEV – FEE FOR REFERRAL

I've worked with hundreds of startups over the last decade and during this time I've encountered many talented founders. However, Nathan Duvall stands out.

Nathan is a musician who first found widespread success with his band Disciples and their hit "How Deep Is Your Love", a collaboration with Calvin Harris that achieved 3x Platinum status, won Best Electronic Video at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, and was a top ten hit in 22 countries.

Since then, Nathan has collaborated with other well known artists, including  David Guetta and Snoop Dogg, and his music was featured in the Netflix show Bridgerton. Disciples was also one of the first British electronic acts to perform on Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night Show in New York and has received two Brit Award nominations.

Now Nathan is taking his deep industry experience and combining it with tech innovation to create value for established and new artists alike. His company, SYNC IT aims to change how music is integrated into ads, TV, films, and games.

I'm honored to be a part of Nathan’s team as Chief Strategy Officer and one of the first actions we're taking is hiring a Senior Front End Developer.

If you're interested in shaping the future of music and media, we'd love to hear from you. Likewise, if you recommend someone to us, and we hire them, we'll pay you a £2,000 finder's fee.

After having worked with startups everywhere from Kuala Lumpur to Muscat, from Sarajevo to Las Vegas, this is my most important piece of advice when it comes to international expansion.

Take every assumption you have about the market you're entering, and throw it out the window.

I guarantee you at least 30% of what works in your home country is completely irrelevant in whichever geography you are entering, no matter how similar you believe they are.

And that 30% (if it's that small), will surprise you.
