Lessons from Ted Lasso....

I am not one that typically has the time (nor the attention span) to sit and watch a series, but I am hooked. Yes, I am (severely) late to the party on this one, but better late than never.

Not only is it a fantastic storyline, but there are also so many valuable leadership lessons. My top 10 include:

·       Persevering through personal struggles ·       The importance of always maintaining a positive outlook ·       Belief in yourself, your team, and your dream despite the odds ·       Belief in yourself and your team when others don’t believe ·       Willingness to take risks for the greater good ·       Courage to change and adapt despite public opinion ·       Embracing the uncomfortableness of change ·       The importance of forgiving and not holding grudges ·       Having confidence with humility ·       Not forgetting what is ultimately important in life

Not that I condone sitting in front of a TV for hours at a time, but I have to say in this case, if you have not watched it, you are missing out. Even if you are a few years late like me.

There are so many others - feel free to leave your favorites!
