Highlights
This year marks notable events in our industry - like the first ever in-person dbt Labs Coalesce conference - as well as personal milestones for me, like speaking at CDOIQ with Tejas Manohar and at Coalesce alongside Kevin Hu, PhD, plus joining a data product company for the first time (thanks for bringing me aboard Hightouch!)
As this special year comes to an end, I’ve looked back and realized how lucky I am to have met and worked with such a great variety of people throughout the data community.
I thought it would be fun to ask these folks - as well as others around the community - to look ahead with me and make predictions about what we might see happen in data in 2023 and beyond.
The result was an awesome list of 35+ predictions from real data leaders and practitioners, in which we identified some very interesting themes!
