As I approach the final stages of my current project with Travel Oregon I want to take a moment to thank those that have helped make this project so successful, as well as a lot of fun. Thank you Susan Bladholm, Susan Kerosky, Todd Davidson, Cheryl S., Kevin Wright, Petra Hackworth, Sarah Watson and Kevney Dugan for the opportunity to serve Travel Oregon on their continued mission to introduce the world to the wonderful things that make Oregon a popular destination for anyone who loves natural beauty, good food, great wine, and fun adventures.
Thank you to Katie Silver for connecting me to Travel Oregon, I have thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the leadership team and leading the design and launch of their performance management framework, which we managed to do in a mere seven months.
With this project quickly nearing completion, I'm starting to consider new remote opportunities where I can lend my skills and support to other great teams as a Senior HR Leader. With extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, I have successfully led various HR initiatives, including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and strategic HR planning. I also enjoy managing HRBP teams and working with international teams, navigating diverse cultural environments, and managing cross-border HR projects.
My current project for Travel Oregon has allowed me to further hone my skills as we worked together to align their HR practices with their business goals to drive organizational change as they continue to evolve to meet the needs of changing markets and culture.
I'm open to consulting in a project capacity or in-house opportunities.
