I’m looking for a Team Lead for our client, a major international staffing agency, in their downtown Montréal office.
My client is an establish staffing agency with a presence across Canada, especially in technical and IT recruitment. They offer a strong base salary of around $100,000 plus commission, as well as comprehensive health and dental benefits, RRSP matching and a generous vacation allowance.
As Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 25 IT recruiters. Your team will be dedicated to fulfillment of job orders in the IT space across a mixture of permanent and contract positions off a book of business focused primarily on major accounts, including up to 50% VMS roles. This is not a business development role: you'll be dedicated exclusively to managing your delivery team.
This position requires at least 3 years of IT recruitment leadership experience, including high-volume fast-turnaround recruitment.
