Frankie Frain is a talented individual with a diverse background in filmmaking and IT. Originally from Westport, MA, he holds a BA and an MFA from Emerson College, specializing in filmmaking. His professional journey began in 2008 when he joined the Information Technology (IT) department at Emerson College.

Over the years, Frankie has excelled in IT, advancing steadily to a director role by 2013. Currently, he serves as the Director of Information Security and IT Infrastructure at Emerson College. In this pivotal position, Frankie oversees crucial aspects such as information security, data and voice network, servers, data center management, backups, and more.

Despite his IT leadership role, Frankie does not shy away from his creative pursuits. Alongside his IT responsibilities, he remains active in the world of filmmaking and artistry. With an impressive portfolio of directing four feature-length films, Frankie has garnered multiple awards and international recognition for his work. Notably, his animated project 'Lord of the Rings by George Lucas' gained widespread acclaim and even earned him a spot in the documentary 'The People vs. George Lucas.' Additionally, he manages a podcast network and occasionally lends his expertise to support fellow artists in their film projects.
